We’ve been around for 35 years, and we’ve steered our way through many economic ups and downs, such as three days weeks in the 70’s recessions with interest rates at 15%, in the 80’s we experienced freak weather conditions, a stock market crash, frequent power cuts and countless other extreme situations over the years. Somehow we have so far managed to stave off the men in black and keep many of our loyal staff some of whom are still with us – many others still keep in touch .
What makes a success story like our business Touché? Firstly great Hairdressing built on superb training which has always been conducted in-Salon so the young Stylists learn to work the way we have always done, i.e. thorough knowledge of Colouring, Perming, Setting and Blow-drying and of course Cutting. But, over and above these obvious skills, we believe Customer Service is the key to any successful retail or service business. We also teach our teams the importance of knowing about our industry and the different ranges of products and tools available which are essential to produce the kinds of finishing and condition required to create great results for our Clients.
Product News
We have been around for over three decades and have probably tried most ranges of professional products on the market, but over the last year we have tested and tried a relatively new range of products which have been used in Europe for over 50 years and are produced in Holland by the name of Keune. The company is family owned and they are probably one of the most innovative and greenest companies throughout the western world.
